Harbor Management Services offers selection and supervision of contracted maintenance services for your community association. Our managers will work with your Board of Directors to determine exactly what kind of maintenance services your community requires and help you select the right maintenance professional to address those needs. From a few hours a week to full time on-site maintenance staff, we tailor our maintenance services to meet your associations specific needs.
Harbor Management is proud to be a member of the Community Associations Institute (CAI). Many of our property managers hold CAI designations such as Association Management Specialist (AMS®) and Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®).
CAI is an international membership organization dedicated to building better communities. With over 40,000 members, CAI has 63 chapters worldwide, including Canada, the Middle East and South Africa, and relationships with housing leaders in a number of other countries, including Australia and the United Kingdom. CAI provides information, education and resources to the homeowner volunteers who govern community's and the professionals who support them.
