Estoppel/Questionnaire Order Instructions

Harbor Management has partnered with Estoppels.com to provide a fast and efficient estoppel and Questionnaire order process. The link below will take you to the Estoppels.com order page where you can place your estoppel or questionnaire order. 

The DBPR and Florida Statute 720.30851 and 718.116 dictate the estoppel fees that can be charged by management companies. These fees currently are:

• Standard Estoppel (10 business days) - $299
• Rush Estoppel (3 business days) - $418
• Re-inspection (10 business days) - $100

Estoppels.com charges a processing fee of $29 per estoppel order. This fee is for the convenience of using their online site and online credit/debit card payment processing. The Estoppels.com processing fees are WAIVED if payment is made directly to Harbor Management Services via check or money order. No Cash or Personal Checks accepted. Harbor Management will accept company checks for estoppels and questionnaires. Checks must be made payable to:

Harbor Management offers standard and rush estoppel orders. Standard orders are completed within ten (10) business days, and rush orders are completed within three (3) business days. Orders received after 3pm will be considered received the following business day. If you plan to place a rush order, please contact our office to ensure that this option is available for your association.
